Terms of Service

Services

Vorex provides independent Mercedes vehicle feature activation, personalization, compatibility guidance, and related services in Lebanon. A website compatibility result is preliminary and may require an in-person vehicle inspection.

Quotes and appointments

Submitting a request does not create a confirmed appointment or final price. Vorex will confirm availability, scope, timing, and price directly with the customer.

Customer responsibility

You must provide accurate vehicle and contact information and confirm that you are authorized to request work on the vehicle.

Limitations

Some features depend on the vehicle configuration, installed hardware, software version, and local regulations. Vorex may decline work that is incompatible, unsafe, or unlawful.

Independence

Vorex is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mercedes-Benz Group AG.
